Return and Refund Policy

By placing an order on our platform, you acknowledge and accept the return and refund conditions mentioned here. Should you need to send an item back, our clearly defined process ensures your convenience.    

Return Eligibility  

  • Items must be returned in an unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags, labels, and protective packaging intact.    
     
  • Ensure that all packaging materials, including tags, labels, and boxes, are returned in their original form without alteration.    
     
  • Products that have been worn, cleaned, altered, or show any visible signs of usage will be ineligible for return.    
     
  • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Contact our customer support team within this period to begin the process.    
     
  • Items that do not satisfy these listed conditions will be declined for return.    
     

Steps to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Submit Your Request    
Send an email with your Order ID and the reason for return at eleganceemporiumpvtltd@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Proof    
For cases involving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include clear photographs that highlight the issue to speed up the resolution.  

Step 3: Follow Provided Instructions    
Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the detailed guidelines for completing the return.  

Please note, we reserve the authority to decline returns that do not meet our prescribed policies.    

Refund Process and Timelines  

After receiving the returned accessory, our quality team will thoroughly examine it to verify compliance with return standards. Following inspection, you will receive notification of either approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been successfully completed.    

Partial Refund Rules  

In certain situations where the returned product only partially satisfies the return criteria (for example, minor damages or incomplete packaging), a partial refund may be issued solely at our discretion.    

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

If you receive an accessory that arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, you must file a return request within 48 hours of receiving delivery. To assist with quick resolution, kindly share clear photos or videos of the concern with us via email.
