Cancellation Policy

We acknowledge that purchase choices can occasionally change, and you may wish to cancel an order. Please review the details of our cancellation guidelines below: 

Order Cancellation Prior to Dispatch 
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment occurs, whichever comes first. To submit a cancellation request, kindly connect with our customer care department through email. If the order qualifies for cancellation, the refund will be issued in full and returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 

Orders Already Dispatched 
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, after receiving the delivery, you may initiate a return in line with our Return & Refund Policy. 

Order Alteration 
At present, we do not facilitate alterations to products or shipping details once an order has been confirmed. If changes are required, the order must be cancelled (subject to eligibility) and placed again as a new order.
